Thick Pole is a size-inclusive pole class series that will focus on the absolute fundamentals of pole dancing: spins, floorwork, and pole flow.

Giselle González (she/they) is a curvy cisgender bisexual Latina pole dancer and SWer. In her teachings Giselle focuses on critical thinking, freestyle, sensual fluidity and musicality. She has instructed across Los Angeles at Bespun, Beehive, Aeriform and Haven. She also hosts weekly pop-up classes and private lessons.
